I was just playing around with some of my favorite Halloween Downloads from Stampin' Up! There are a ton of fun Halloween downloads, its hard to pick a favorite. I think if I had to choose one it would be the Toxic Frameable. Such a deal for the price, you get loads of stamps, including a fun background overlay. I also love the papers in the Wicked Fun Download! This page uses a fun mask from the "Last Minute Masks" download.
